Members of The American Legion Fort Mason Post 285 Ladies Auxiliary will be distributing memorial poppies on Friday, Nov. 10th, in observance of Veterans Day. Veterans returning to their homes here in America remembered the wild red poppies that grew on the devastated battlefields of France and at Flanders Field.

In Mason's Friday night victory over Brackettville, the Punchers had 427 total yards to Brackett's 54. The Mason defense has proven itself in game after game to be capable to stopping our opponents' offensive strategies, and the final score of 66-0 reaffirms that the Mason offense is also making all the right decisions.
Early in the first quarter, Otto Wofford tossed a pass to Jake Cockerham who carried the ball 18-yards for the first score of the night.

Harper came into last Friday's matchup with the Punchers already 0-1 in district play after suffering a loss to Sabinal a week earlier. They were down key personnel, and the game went about as one would have expected.
Just a few minutes into the game, Klay Klaerner bolted 33 yards for the first Mason score of the night, followed by Isa Cruz's PAT, putting the score at 7-0 with 9:04 left in the quarter.
