If thumbs could talk, they might have more to say than walls. Chances are, they wouldn't talk, they'd scream: "We matter!" Sobbing, they might admit feeling deep hurt inflicted by our failure to acknowledge their true worth. There would be "boohooing"
Yep, it's turn the clocks again. In the past, I've ranted and raved over the time changing. Actually, I see no need for changing the time. You'll have the same amount of sun at any rate. It's a toss up as to rather you drive in the dark to work or drive home after work in the dark.
YOU ARE what you eat and do not eliminate. Now that can be a troubling thought when you consider all of the chemicals used to process and preserve the typical American diet. One great hiding place for toxic waste is our lymphatic system, which is the pathway for cellular waste to leave our tissues and to be eliminated from our body.
The LYMPHATIC SYSTEM is a network of nodes, glands and tubes that relies on muscle movement to flow and drain properly.

Sixteen golfers showed up to play in the last Scramble of this year's golf season. Divided up into 4 teams, the players began play under near perfect Indian Summer conditions. Once again, at the end of play, we had 2 teams report in with tie scores of 5 under par.
NOTE: The Mason Senior Center is having a BAKE SALE FUNDRAISER to benefit our NUTRITION PROGRAM this Friday, November 6th, starting at 8:00AM at Lowe's Market in Mason. The sale will last until everything is sold. If you would like to bake something for us to sell, please bring your items to the Mason Senior Center Thursday the 5th between 8:00AM and 2:00PM or take items to Lowe's beginning at 8:00AM Friday.

The Cowgirl and Puncher cross country teams competed at Texas A&M Corpus Christi this past Monday at the Region IV Cross Country Championships.
The Cowgirl team composed of Ella Canfield, Angelica Ramirez, Shay Baker, Raegan Palacio, Kayla Guice, Ryli Ruffin, Kate Gillespie, and alternate Kayla Harwell placed 2nd behind San Saba falling six points short of the regional championship, beating Harper and Port Aransas to move on to the State Championships this coming weekend.
