We have provided grants for upgrades in medical services in our community, area fire departments, school programs, city beautification, and many other areas.

Enrollment for the 2019-2020 school year is underway for Kingdom Kids, River of Life’s Mom’s Day Out program. Kingdom Kids mission is to provide a loving, Christ-centered environment where children are nurtured and the mother’s needs are met. Daily activities for children ages 3 months to 4 years old include Bible and age appropriate pre-school lessons, music time, crafts, and outside play plus added events throughout the school year.

At Monday night's City meeting, the Richard P. Eckert Civic Center was once again packed to the rafters. And, once again, the topic of so much interest was the solid waste disposal plans of the City of Mason.

Over the course of four days the Mason Tennis Association hosted its annual Mason DR Pepper/Tennis Outlet Open on July 18th – July 21st. The Junior division brought in over 240 entries and included players from all over Texas. Players competed in singles on Thursday, doubles and mixed doubles on Friday.
