Our beloved Gary passed away Saturday morning, September 7, 2019. He was born October 7, 1947 in Pampa, Texas to Rooster and Betty Parsons. Gary was a resident of Llano for 36 years. He attended Llano Special Opportunity Center and enjoyed his school, seeing his friends and attending the Llano Crawfish boil every year.
Joe Kenneth Connally, 92, of Llano, TX passed away peacefully on Sept. 5, 2019.  Joe was born October 2, 1926 in Lubbock, Tx to Plemon Oscar Connally and Ida Mae (Cale) Connally. He was the youngest of 8 children. Joe spent his early years in Floresville, TC. until his family moved to San Antonio.
Harold Wilson Underwood passed away Sunday, September 8, 2019 in Cedar Park, Texas at the age of 83. He was born July 15, 1936 in Brady, Texas to Webster Wilson and Claudie Mae (Stockbridge) Underwood. Harold was a resident of Llano since 1959 since coming from San Antonio. Harold married his wife Zeola (Zee) Underwood, June 9, 1957 in Mason, Texas.
Lonnie Ralph Dean, 76, of Kingsland, Texas passed away on August 26, 2019 surrounded by his family. He was born to Wallace and Elaine (Bigelow) Dean on September 24, 1942 in Bristol, South Dakota. Lonnie’s family moved from South Dakota to Washington State while he was young and then settled in Omaha, Nebraska.
Kerren Kay Oestreich, 63, passed from this life on Sunday, September 1, 2019 with family at her side. She was born October 19, 1955 in Austin, TX to parents, Horace and Dolly (Magness) Moseley. Kerren married her longtime friend and love, RC Oestreich on May 16, 2009. She is preceded in death by her parents and sister, Sharren Jones. Judith Charlene Carpenter Shelburn passed peacefully on August 27, 2019, at the age of 87 following a series of strokes over the past year. Judy was born to Charles H Carpenter and Laura Smith Halliburton in Palacios, TX. She was preceded in death by her husband of 59 years Gerald Shelburn, both of her parents, sisters Margaret Brown, Latricia Sweatman, Beulah Smith, and brother Eugene Carpenter. Ronny A. Beaver, age 76, passed away in Marble Falls on Monday, August 26, 2019. The family will be gathering on Friday, August 30, 2019 from 6:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. at Fairfield Inn, 5207 Big Spring Highway, Snyder, Texas 79549. Graveside Services will be on Saturday, August 31, 2019 at 10:00 a.m.
Wanda Dawn (Chew) Holloway, 93, went to be with her Lord on Wednesday, August 14, 2019 in Pontotoc, Texas. She was born on April 7, 1926 to James Octavis Chew and Winnie (Tuckness) Chew in Esbon, Texas. She was one of three girls and she also had one brother. Her childhood was a very happy and joyous one. On June 2, 1944, she married the love of her life, William Lonnie Holloway of Pontotoc, Texas.
Dayton R. Land, 74, of Hot Springs Village, passed away peacefully on August 7, 2019, after a lengthy illness. He was born January 8, 1945, in Llano, Texas, to Otto and Tillie Lindemann Land, who preceded him in death, along with a brother, Robert James Land, and sister Lucille Land. Goldie Smith Conley passed away on August 17, 2019 at the age of 97. She was born on July 23, 1922, to Mary Long Smith and William Leonard Smith in Salt Branch, Texas. She spent most of her growing up years in nearby Cherokee, where she graduated from Cherokee High School in 1939.
