The Blanco County Commissioners Court unanimously approved the Master Pipeline Agreement at its meeting Nov. 12.
The Master Pipeline Agreement is composed of three different agreements: Pipeline Easement Agreement, Master Road Use Agreement, and the Blanco County Investment Agreement.
