The Blanco County Farm Bureau (CFB) family is getting larger.
This year, over 50 people joined the local chapter of the non-profit farm and ranch organization to bring Blanco County to a total of 1650 members.

Saturday night the Lantex Theater was alive with a country music jamboree featuring local musicians, most of whom were born and raised in Llano, the artists were as talented as any that have performed at the Lantex. Main Street manager Terry "Tex" Toler introduced the MC for the night, Llano's Les Hartman who got the show started with everyone singing the "Star Spangled Banner."
