As the weather warms and the town gets ready for Llano Earth Art Fest, Keep Llano Beautiful will hold its spring cleanup Saturday morning.
Those who are interested in helping beautify Llano at the cleanup should gather at 8 a.m. at the West Pavilion at Badu Park for trash bags and gloves and to get organized before heading out.
They come from Nebraska, Kansas, Iowa, Michigan, Wisconsin, Montana, Canada, Wyoming, the Philippines, Colorado, Alaska, and a few from Texas. Making their winter home in Llano, some arrive as early as October and stay as late as April. These folks become a part of our community, attending events, visiting our shops, and taking in the beauty of the Texas Hill Country.
