Wills are difficult to write, but making the tough decisions you will always ease the burden off your family. Many families are torn up by children and spouses trying to decide what was it the person wishes or what is fair after someone is gone. Police vests to be funded Gov. Greg Abbott announced that Texas would provide police departments $23 million in grant funding for rifle-resistant vests. During the 85th Legislative Session, Abbott signed Senate Bill 12, authored by Sen. Royce West, D-Dallas, and Rep. Phil King, R-Weatherford.
