She was the beloved wife and best friend of husband Milton Bailey, whom she wed on February 14, 1964. They were married for 56 years, had 2 wonderful children and a life full of adventures together.

Mary Evelyn Engdahl was born December 30, 1933 in Rochelle, Texas to William Theodore Engdahl and Pattie Mae Cole Engdahl. She attended school in Rochelle and briefly attended business school in Abilene, Texas before marrying Jamie Voigt Hemphill December 21, 1952.
Jamie and Mary lived in Abilene while Jamie completed degrees in Bible and Mathematics at Abilene Christian College.
Brinda Pape passed away on Thursday, February 4, 2021 at the age of eighty-three. Brinda was born on January 19, 1938, in Elgin, Illinois. In 1960, she married Raymond Pape and they had two sons, Marty and Duane.
Brenda is survived by her son Duane Pape; her son Marty Pape and wife, Darla; three grandchildren; and one great grandchild.
Brinda was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Pape.
Brinda and Raymond lived and ranched in the Leakey and Rocksprings area for forty years.
