Higinio “Pepe” Ramon, Jr.
Higinio “Pepe” Ramon Jr. of Mason, passed away on Tuesday, January 26, 2021 at the age of seventy-one. Pepe was born on March 29, 1949, in Fort Mckavitt, Texas, to Higinio Ramon Sr. and Rosa Ramon. In 1971, he married Natalia Martinez of Mason. Together, they had three kids Angel Arredondo, Higinio “Trey” Ramon III, and Charles Ray Ramon.
