Robert Gail Fleming was born in March, 1937, in Harper Texas, to John Alton and Annie Lee Cowsert Fleming. He passed away on May 1, 2020, at the age of 83. Robert was preceded in death by his parents, and brother John Dalton Fleming of Mason.
Robert had a wonderful childhood growing up in Mason County, attending a one room schoolhouse with his brother and cousins until the third grade.
Miguel A. Arteaga, of Mason, passed away on Tuesday, April 28, at the age of 42.
Survivors include his parents Miguel J. and Barbara Arteaga of Mason, a sister Felicia Katie Crissman and husband Jason of Austin, grandfathers Apolinar Arteaga of Fredonia and Frank Martinez of Mason and a niece Raegan Crissman of Austin.

Lillian Bernice Pluenneke Jacobs was born to the late Harry and Hilda Pluenneke in Mason, Texas on June 11, 1926. She passed into the arms of the Lord on March 14, 2020. Lillian considered herself a Mason girl her entire life and instilled the love of the town and its people into all of her family.

Lewis Howard Schuessler, 72, passed away peacefully on Thursday, March 26,2020. He was born on January 27, 1948, in Llano, Texas to Howard Schuessler and Myrtle Gage. He spent most of his life living in Pecos, Texas, working in the oilfield. He also served his country during the Vietnam War.
He was preceded in death by his parents and siblings, Dorothy Ashing, Larry Schuessler and Sharon Schuessler.

Mrs. Comer is survived by her husband, Gary Comer, of Mason, her aunt Oleta Kuhlmann, a brother-in-law Seth Comer and wife Brenda all of Mason, two nieces Donna Tally of Stephenville and Shelia Thomas and husband Craig of Combine along with numerous cousins and great- nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his brother Ronald Travis Shearer and brother Curt Stockton.
