James R. Fergus, III of Cherokee passed away on July 12, 2015. He was born on November 7, 1969 to parents James R. Fergus II and Rosalee Fergus.

Harvey married Janice Neves, 33 years ago. They moved to Llano, from San Antonio, in 1987.
He went into Army Reserves after high school and then worked in the freight business for over 20 years and retired from Ben E Keith in 2010.

Rex K. Taylor passed away Thursday, July 16,2015, at the age of 54. Rex is survived by his wife, Lori Taylor of Fredericksburg; his parents, Frederick Nolan and Joyce Taylor of Llano; sister, Cynthia Taylor Lott and husband Rodney of Llano, and brother, Anthony Taylor and wife Jamie of Llano.
For all who knew our dear Rex, he loved to entertain and make people laugh.
Charles Bird Upton completed his race and entered the glory of our Lord at age 84 after a long and full life leaving the world diminished and heaven richer. He died peacefully on July 23, 2015 in his home in San Antonio, Texas from natural causes.
Charles was born on September 15, 1930 in Austin, Texas to James Bird Upton and May Bell Cantrell Upton.
Jack Maurice Talley, age 62, passed away unexpectedly on July 20, 2015. He is survived by his wife Mary; daughters, Amy and Stacey; son-in-law Toby, and grandson Tyler; his brother William Roy and wife Debbie Talley and children James and Sandi; numerous great nieces and nephews; his uncle Jerry and wife Alberta Allred and Angela; his aunt Jean Talley and Linda.
He is preceded in death by his parents Jack Leverett and Marilyn Louise Talley.
Howard Lee (Bo) Morris of Llano, Texas was peacefully called home to be with his Heavenly Father July 20, 2015. He was born in Liberty, Texas December 27, 1928 to Lee Howard and Nellie (Word) Morris. He was the youngest of six children. Howard graduated from Liberty High School and later enlisted in the United States Navy.
He met his future wife, Bonnie Towler in 1950 and they were married on February 2, 1952.
Loyce Rogers Majkszak was born March 19, 1936 to Lee and Merle Rogers in Llano County. She died August 4, 2015.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Lige Majkszak, her son, Mark and her parents. She is survived by her daughter, Kimberlee (Wayne); son, Kerry (Jerrie Kaye); grandson, Daniel (Jennifer); great grandchildren, Remington, Kayelee and Raini; her sister, Joyce (Nolan), and nieces and nephews.
Loyce enjoyed building a home and raising her family with Lige always at her side.
George Curtis Rogers, better known as "Poppy" or "Pop", was born November 8, 1929, at his home on Wright Creek in Llano, Texas.
He is survived by his wife, Pat; children Karen Wootan and husband Terry, Patti Browning and husband Randy, and Becky Barrett. George is also survived by seven grandchildren, Chad and wife Darla, Jason and wife Megan, Britany and husband Royce, Justin and wife Shawna, Josh and wife Sharla, Casey and Spencer.
Heaven has a new angel, our beloved Mother and Grandmother flew away today. Lorene Merkel Gavit was born August 10, 1919 in Llano, Texas, and passed away July 20, 2015 and will be laid to rest in the Moffat Cemetery. She will always be remembered for her fierce love and loyalty to her family.
Bobby Wayne Riley, 61, passed away on May 17, 2015 at the Audie Murphy VA Hospital in San Antonio, Texas. Bobby was born on April 10, 1954, in Burnet County, Texas to Bobby Lee Riley and Mary Belle Levensailer. Bobby served in the US Air Force, during the Vietnam War, and was stationed in Germany.
