Douglas Shane Reese, 36 passed away on Friday, November 13, 2015. Shane was born May 5, 1979 and resided in Kingsland, Texas most of his life.
He is survived by his maternal grandmother, Margaret Francks; father, Alfred Reese; sister, Fawn Reese; two brothers, Timothy Reese and Kevin Reese; five nephews, Sylis Bolen, Zaiden Bolen, Alex Reese, Kyle Reese, and Hunter Reese; two aunts, Lori Francks and Pam Wyatt and husband, Jim, and three cousins, J.S.

(Bob) Rowntree, located approximately 20 miles from the town of Llano on RR2323, is one of few structures in the county that adequately reflects Nineteenth Century architecture at its finest. Its construction stands as a reminder that an area of Texas that had long been part of the wild, untamed frontier had come to an end.
Mr. Joe Bob Simmons, 78, of Kingsland, Texas died November 7, 2015. He was born to Joe Hood and Wanda (Penny) Simmons on May 27, 1937 in Graham, Texas.
Mr. Simmons was a very meticulous machinist. Engineers would often take bets for how long it would take Joe to find the errors.
Floyd Dwayne Goad, 76, of Buchanan Dam, Texas passed away on October 30, 2015. He was born to Lester and Terra Mae (Campbell) Goad on September 2, 1939.
Mr. Goad was a plumber by trade and worked also as a building maintenance superintendent. He was a member of the United Association of Plumbers and Pipe Fitters.
Bill Wallen, 70, of Tow, Texas passed away on November 2, 2015 at his home. He was born to Paul E. and Willa M. (King) Wallen on October 25, 1945 in Austin, Texas.
Bill worked for IBM as a process engineer for 27 years. His hobby and favorite pastime was reading. Bill was always a “fixer” of all things mechanical.

Mr. Medlock retired from the Union Pacific Railroad. Later in life.
