Bill Wallen
1945-2015
Bill Wallen, 70, of Tow, Texas passed away on November 2, 2015 at his home. He was born to Paul E. and Willa M. (King) Wallen on October 25, 1945 in Austin, Texas. Bill worked for IBM as a process engineer for 27 years. His hobby and favorite pastime was reading. Bill was always a “fixer” of all things mechanical.
