I am a retired Coast Guard Chief Warrant Officer with 24 years of experience in engineering. My career began as an enlisted man and I continually sought greater levels of responsibility. I rose quickly to become a Chief Petty Officer. For my final 11 years of service I was a Naval Engineering Chief Warrant Officer serving as a Division Officer or Engineering Officer in a variety of ships.
He is most commonly known as Coach Paul in the Llano community. Paul has coached many youth teams in Llano as well as held multiple board positions. He lives in Llano and has been married to Nellie Castelan Hull for 25 years and they have two children. His daughter Jordyn attends Llano Junior High.
In his day job, Paul is a Vice President for Kforce Government Solutions.

The group of 55 Woman's Culture Club members and guests visited The Painted Churches of Texas at Schulenburg on the club's annual spring bus trip. Included on the tour were the Catholic Churches at Dubina, Ammannsville, and the St. Mary's Catholic Church at High Hill, which is often called the "Queen of the Painted Churches."
After a buffet lunch at Oakridge Smokehouse, a guide from the Schulenburg Chamber of Commerce joined the tour to escort the group to the three churches.
