ESD 1 held a regular meeting via teleconference on May 18. President David O’Bannon called the meeting to order at 7 p.m. and a quorum was established. Board member AJ Gallerano gave a motion to accept the minutes of the April 20, 2020 meeting and Vice President Brandt Raeburn seconded; the motion carried with a vote of 5-0.
Judge Brett Bray called the Commissioners Court special meeting to order at 9:02 a.m. on May 26. All four commissioners were present and the meeting was broadcasted via Zoom.
