The North Blanco County ESD-1 held a regular meeting via Zoom videoconferencing on Monday evening. President David O’Bannon called the meeting to order at 7 p.m., and a quorum was established.
Secretary-Treasurer Kay Odiorne motioned for approval of the minutes from the December 14, 2020 regular meeting and Commissioner Kirk McElhinney seconded; this motion carried 5-0.
The City Council held a regular meeting on January 12, 2021 at City Hall. Mayor Rhonda Stell called the meeting to order at 6 p.m. Pastor Steve Sanchez gave the Invocation and the Pledge of Allegiance was recited. There were no public comments. TEMPLE— The USDA-Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS) in Texas has established a second funding application deadline of Feb. 12, 2021, for the Environmental Quality Incentives Program (EQIP).
