The Fredericksburg Jaycees are excited to announce the return of their annual Fredericksburg Crawfish Festival to Fredericksburg Marktplatz on Memorial Day weekend, May 22-24.
The festival will include many activities for the entire family including a variety of great Cajun food, live music, and a children's carnival. Festival times are as follows: Friday 6pm to midnight, Saturday 11am-Midnight, and Sunday 12pm to 6pm.
A popular Texas Hill Country concert series begins May 9 with the horn-driven rock and R&B music of The Court Jesters at this year's first family-friendly Moondance Concert Series performance at the Cibolo Nature Center & Farm.
The Boerne nature center's long-running concert series, inspired by the classic song "Moondance" by Irish singer-songwriter Van Morrison, will take place under the oak trees at the nonprofit center's outdoor theater each month through September.

The 2015 44th annual Kerrville Folk Festival lineup includes Emmylou Harris and Rodney Crowell, David Crosby, Tom Rush, Peter Case, Ruthie Foster and John Fullbright. Located at Quiet Valley Ranch, nine miles south of the Texas Hill Country resort community of Kerrville, this legendary songwriter's festival will run for 18 straight days, from Thursday, May 21 through Sunday, June 7, 2015.
