Hill Country Memorial will host several diabetes education seminars and classes in September at the HCM Wellness Center conference room (1006 S. State Hwy. 16) in Fredericksburg.
For those diagnosed with diabetes, HCM offers a suite of “Be Well with Diabetes” seminars.
The “Self-Care Management of Diabetes” seminar will be Tuesday, Sept.
Beginning Sept. 9, the Blanco County Community Choir will begin rehearsals for their upcoming Christmas 2018 performances. The choir will be co-directed by Vickie Pautz, who has been involved in the choir since 1980, and Beverly Voron, who originally founded the choir in 1972. According to Mrs. Voron, the Blanco County Community Choir was the first community choir in the county, apart from individual church choirs.
