Dardanella Joyce Gipson, 95, of Johnson City, TX passed away peacefully the evening of Monday, November 25, 2019 in Johnson City, TX. Mrs. Gipson was born April 25, 1924 in Front Royal, VA to Elvin and Cassie (Hamlet) White. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Maurice “Hoot” Gipson; and two brothers, Bill & Pete White.
Paul Nieto Huertaz was born in Artesia, New Mexico on June 18th, 1942 where he spent most of his life. Paul was a hard-working man who took care of his wife and seven kids, he would give you the shirt off his back, his last dollar and never asked anything in return.
Patricia “Pat” Hobbs Woods, age 82, passed away on Sunday, November 10, 2019 in San Antonio, TX.  She was born on March 31, 1937 in Johnson City, TX to Grace and Nathan Hobbs. Patricia worked as an elementary school teacher for over 30 years. She loved anything that involved sewing and had a special creativity in designing and making quilts.  She was also an avid reader and loved the library.  Above all else, family was her main priority and that legacy will survive all others.
With deepest sorrow, we announce that Richard Anthony Espinosa (Ricky), beloved grandson, son, brother, father, family member and friend passed away Tuesday, October 8, 2019. Ricky was 33 years old born April 4, 1986 in Austin, Texas. Ricky was an amazing young man. He lived in Johnson City for most of his childhood graduating from LBJ High School in 2005.
Violet A. Waters passed away peacefully on Wednesday, October 23, 2019 at the LBJ Medical Center in Johnson City after many years of loving care. Violet was born on July 21, 1930 to Clifford and Alberta Haynes in Round Mountain Texas.  She was very proud of her Haynes Family history and the times spent on the ranch near Walnut Creek with sisters, Hazel Gatliff, and Alice Schnelle and her brother, George Haynes. Robert “Bob” John Klepac, passed away October 15, 2019, in Fredericksburg with family members at his side. Bob was born on October 22, 1931, in Robstown, Texas to John and Mary Klepac. He grew up in Robstown and Corpus Christi, Texas. Harold David Yargo, 69, of Johnson City, Texas passed away at his home Friday, September 13, 2019. He was born September 11, 1950 in Houston, Texas to Harold Davis Yargo and Virginia Lee (Petrosky) Yargo. David proudly served his country with the U.S. Army during the Vietnam era. He was a member of the Johnson City Lions Club and previously worked for the Blanco County Sheriff’s Department.
