City Commission Sets Municipal Election Date
Mayor Whitney Leifeste set the upcoming municipal election for May 7, 2022, with approval from the City Commissioners, at Monday night’s commissioners meeting. Mason voters will choose a Mayor at Large and commissioners for Districts One and Three. The filing period for candidates begins Jan. 19 and ends Feb. 28. Early voting in this election will take place at City Hall.
