County Courthouse Arson Suspect Indicted, County to Budget Hundreds of Thousands of Dollars for Trial
After a grand jury handed down five felony indictments against a man accused of setting fire to the Mason County Courthouse in February, the county will have to set aside hundreds of thousands of dollars to pay for expenses related to the jury trial against him. Nicholas Jarret Miller, 42, was booked into the McCulloch County Jail on April 28, where he was being held on Tuesday for Mason County on bonds totaling $1.7 million.
