Mason Places 16 Entries in Regional Tennis Tournament
Mason Tennis continues winning ways...Sweeping District 29-2A. The team had 16 entries qualify for the Regional Tournament. Students participating were: (front row L-R): Kinsley Jordan, Kyleigh Ake, Parker Standard, Sterling Smith, Makenna Palacio, Chainey Weitz, Jakelin Zermeno, Kylie Cockerham, Reagan Norman, Avery Brooks, Lucy Rochat, Katy Rhea Tedder; (back row L-R): Mason Hatfield, Ben Pinter, Jack Gillespie, Lucas Culver, Ty Spencer, Tate Spencer, Tyler Schmidt, Jay Ahlschwede, Matthew Kerr, Jerry Zermeno, Jackson Lehmberg, Bailan Kerr, Matthew Culver, Quince Lawler, Robert Aguero, Isaiah Bishop. The students will travel to Corpus Cristie, TX on April 24 for the Regional Tournament. The first match will be on April 25.

On Saturday, April 10th Mason hosted the district 27 2A tennis tournament that included Center Point, Junction, San Saba, Johnson City and Mason. Mason earned 1st and 2nd in every varsity division qualifying all 16 entries to the Regional Tournament. In the Junior Varsity draw Mason won 1st, 2nd and 3rd in Boys Doubles, 1st and 2nd in Girls Doubles, and 1st and 3rd in Boys Singles.
