Punchers Varsity Baseball Blanks Goldthwaite 13-0
The Mason High School varsity baseball team won its seventh straight game on Friday, March 12 when the Punchers won a 13-0 blowout contest at home vs. Goldthwaite High School. With the Punchers already leading the Eagles 1-0, the Mason offense really took flight beginning in the bottom of the third inning when Spencer Morris cracked a solo home run over the leftfield fence. The Punchers continued the bottom of the third inning with a two-out rally.
