Mason's Scarlet Punchers, those intrepid women "of a certain age," who absolutely insist on enjoying life to the fullest, have en masse crossed "Alaskan cruise" off their bucket lists after last week's frigid ordeal. Many of the members moved here from other parts of the United States and have seen this kind of weather before, but they had hoped to dodge that particular bullet for the rest of their lives.
