Fort McKavett Group Joins Mason Chamber
On Saturday last, a ceremonial Ribbon Cutting took place at Fort McKavett State Historic Site sponsored by the Mason County Chamber of Commerce. Even though Fort McKavett SHS has been open and operating for several decades, they recently joined the Chamber Membership and the ceremony was held in the spirit of welcoming the Site into the fold. The event was occasioned by the unveiling of a new rotating exhibit.
