The Sonora Broncos welcomed the Mason Punchers on Friday night, and they were ready to give the Mason boys a night of great football. Sonora took the opening kickoff; but, even though they didn't lose yardage, they couldn't quite push through the Puncher defense to even come close to scoring. The Punchers took over deep in their own territory; and the Broncos went toe to toe with Mason, allowing them very little yardage.
