Dayton Spaeth passed away at his ranch on August 9, 2019, at the age of 74. He is survived by his wife, Mag of Mason; his brother Dwight Spaeth of Mason; his son, Tracy Spaeth and wife Cindy of Fredericksburg; and his daughter, Tonya Ahlschwede and husband Allen of Mason. He will be missed greatly by his grandchildren, Hunter Spaeth, Caleb Spaeth, Jay Ahlschwede and Sophie Ahlschwede. Dayton was buried on his ranch in a private family service.
