Lee Roy Westbrook, Jr. of Streeter, passed away on Sunday, September 23, at the age of 74. Survivors include his wife Michele Westbrook, son Kevin Westbrook, daughters Rosa Carlile and Brandi Westbrook and a sister Rosalee Westbrook Bowers.
