7:00 a.m. - street closings for floats Westmoreland & Post Hill...jail Post Hill & Schmidt...library Post Hill & Bryan...swimming pool Bryan & Moody (east)...Historical Bldg. All float entries have to check in on Post Hill Street by the jail and will line up as they arrive.
