German Author Barbara Ortwein to Speak at Library
Barbara Ortwein has entertained audiences all throughout Texas, Oklahoma, and Germany with her unique style of Book Talks. Interspersed in her presentation, she leads the audience in a sing-a-long with her guitar accompaniment of German and English songs relevant to her books’ themes. Barbara often ends her presentations with a rousing song such as Deep in the Heart of Texas! Barbara has done intensive historical research for her trilogy set in the Texas Hill Country.
