Puncher Softball Season Summary
Herrington pitches no hitter in district opener. Bridgit Herrington didn’t allow a single hit as Mason Cowgirls Varsity defeated Menard 15-0 on Friday. Mason Cowgirls Varsity secured the victory thanks to 13 runs in the second inning. The offensive firepower by Mason Cowgirls Varsity was led by Jesse Armstrong, Presley Anastas, Peyton Anastas, Aunnecy Elliott, Kelcey Doss, and Armstrong, all knocking in runs in the inning. Mason Cowgirls Varsity scored 13 runs in the second inning.
