Two Mason High School seniors, Grace Chapman and Ryli Ruffin, competed at the State UIL Congress Meet held in the State Capital in Austin on January 8-10. UIL Congress is an event that is comprised of two days of debate, with students following parliamentary procedure to debate on proposed bills.
