4H Members Learning Kitchen Safety and Healthy Snacking
LeAnndra Couvillion volunteers to assist 4H members with learning to garnish their healthy snack.
Each Tuesday, 4H members in the Food and Nutrition project move among learning stations that teach a number of skills from safety to healthy eating habits. The members meet at 4:30 at the community building at Fort Mason Park. This is also the location of this year’s Mason County Food and Nutrition Show so members are familiar with the area in which they will compete on Saturday, January 6.
