After months of sometimes bitter arguments and verbal sparring between members of the City Commission, at Monday's meeting, the City officially gave 30 days notice to Blue Oak Engineering that it was terminating its contract with the business. City Administrator John Palacio had opened the discussion by pointing out that the City staff was in a difficult position in regards to the engineering relationship.
