Jack Bob Smith, 90, of Brady passed away on the morning of March 17, 2017, in Brady. Jack Bob was born on October 9, 1926, in Lohn, Texas to Embre George Smith and Lanning (Batchelor) Smith. He was raised in Lohn and graduated from Lohn High School. He served in the United States Army during the final months of World War II.
