Cowgirls Win 1st Place in Comfort Tournament Over the Weekend
Despite a 4-run deficit in the first inning, Mason Cowgirls Varsity almost came all the way back, eventually falling 5-4 to Comfort on Thursday. Mason Cowgirls Varsity scored four runs in the failed comeback on a single by Brittany George, a walk by Kelcey Doss, a walk by Jazlyne Padilla, and a single by Alana Evans. Mason Cowgirls Varsity blew out Medina 9-2 on Friday. Mason Cowgirls Varsity collected eight hits.
