Local Veterans Honored With 'Quilts of Valor' Presentations
I want to recognize and thank the QOV members that have made this all possible by their dedicated time and sewing skills and making of the quilts. Ginger Shilts, Jackie Bertram, Claudia Libby WHY THE QUILTS OF VALOR FOUNDATION The Quilts of Valor Foundation (QOVF) is a non-profit organization whose purpose is to honor veterans for their service and love of country. Handmade quilts are given to Veterans in all branches of the military.
