Viola Elizabeth “Sandy” Miller Viola Elizabeth “Sandy” Miller, age 93 of Mason, Texas, passed away on Saturday, October 1, 2016. She was born December 10, 1922, to Isaac and Beaulah Mae (Mason) Dorsett. Sandy attended school until the sixth grade. At that time, she went to work with her mother and grandmother cleaning homes and working in the cotton fields. She married Prince Jefferson in 1936.
