David Otto Hoerster David Otto Hoerster, of Mason and Fredericksburg, passed away on Saturday, May 21, at the age of 73. David is survived by two sons Karl David Hoerster and wife Michelle, of Suffolk, Virginia and Chris Hoerster and wife Shannon of Austin.
