Habecker Advances to Finals in UIL Congress
Rep. Austin Habecker, a junior at Mason High School, competed at the State UIL Congress Meet held in the State Capitol in Austin on January 11-13. UIL Congress is an event that is comprised of two days of debate, with students following parliamentary procedure to debate on proposed bills.
