Helen M. Smith, 78 of Victoria passed away on Friday, October 23, 2015. She was born in Brady, TX on December 5, 1936, to Bill and Marie Schooley Morgeson. Helen retired from the City of Victoria and the County Treasurers' office after 25 years. She is survived by her daughters, Elizabeth (Robert) Johnston, Theresa (Gaylen) Youngblood both of Victoria; five grandchildren and four great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, Helen was preceded in death by her husband, Robert L.
