Back to School Blast Gives Out 600 Backpacks
Thank you to all of the sponsors, as well as all of the volunteers who made this year’s Back to School Blast possible. See more pictures inside this issue.
On Saturday, July 27, 600 backpacks were given out at Packsaddle Elementary at Llano County’s Back to School Blast. Most students came from Llano ISD schools, with a few from neighboring schools. Volunteers worked the week leading up to the event to pack backpacks, organize the “shoe store”, set up the hair salon and much more. The first patrons began lining up at 6:00 a.m.
