Recently, the NCAA decided to extend the three-point line in men’s basketball. This will be for Division I this season and Divisions II and III in 2020-2021. The women (and high schools) are not affected. The arc of the past was 20 feet, nine inches from the hoop. The new distance—like in the International game—will be 22 feet, one-and-three-quarter inches.
