The first thing on the agenda for the Council was discussion and possible action regarding Change Orders to the street paving project and direction to staff regarding paving project completion options. These Change Orders are to address issues that came up during the process of the work. The City of Llano experienced large amounts of rain during this process, which caused many of the streets to deteriorate to worse conditions than when the project was designed.
