Burnet Police Officer Indicted with Murder
On Wednesday, March 27, 25-year-old Brandon Michael Jacque was shot and killed by a Burnet police officer in the 300 block of S. McNeil St. in Burnet. According to a statement given by Burnet Police Chief Paul Nelson later that morning, the Burnet Police Department received a dispatch in reference to a loud music call.
