Stephenson announces move to Fredericksburg, resigns from council

There is a vacancy on the Llano City Council. Kathryn Stephenson, who has been on the council for just over a year, resigned Monday night. She and her husband, Jimmy, will soon move to Fredericksburg. She described the move as a great opportunity for her husband’s career. She will continue to work in Llano. “I’m sad to have to do this,” said Stephenson.
