Council amends drought plan as city enters Stage 3
Llano city council members amended the city’s water conservation and drought contingency plan on Monday night, and the city moved into Stage 3 of water restrictions on Tuesday. Stage 3 water restrictions go into place when the 7-day average flow of the Llano River is less than 21 cubic feet per second (cfs).
