Thomas (Tommy) Lindell Bailey was born in Abilene, Texas on Nov. 1, 1930. He passed away in Llano on May 23, 2018. He was preceded in death by his parents, George and Nannie Bailey; three sisters, Dorothy Kossey, Betty Thornton and Lorelle Floyd; one brother, Lawrence Bailey; and one daughter, Sharla Bailey Ebert.
