HUNTSVILLE—The Final Chapter. The time is now. When you are as good as Ray Dixon is, that simply means the challenges never vanish. One level attained, one more to go, and then another. He is a two-time Region III champion in the shot put after throwing 52 feet, 11 inches, April 28, in the shadow of Sam Houston State’s Bowers Stadium.
